Rocco V. Neri, CCIM Rocco V. Neri,CCIM president of RESGcompanies, has over thirty years of real estate experience in all areas of appraising, commercial, investment, and development. He has developed and brokered retail shopping centers, hotels, mobile home communities, self-storage facilities and negotiated site acquisitions.
He has achieved the professional designations of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and GRI from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, Society of Real Estate Appraisers, The International Real Estate Federation (FIABC) and the International Council of Shopping Centers. For many years he served as National Senior Instructor for the Certified Commercial Investment Member Program of the National Association of Realtors and has taught for other organizations including the IRS and the Society of Real Estate Appraisers. In addition, he has developed and taught classes in financing, tax strategies, real estate development, and real estate “What-If” Analysis for a number of corporations and associations. He is recognized for his skill in applying leading-edge technology to all aspects of real estate services, including marketing, marketing research, auctions, brokerage, design, construction, zoning, standard and creative financing and the disposition and strategies for individual and corporate real estate portfolios. He works with real estate investors, independent entrepreneurs and as an outside resource for corporate real estate departments
